RCap is a self-clearing broker dealer that is approved to conduct the following businesses:

   - Operate a matched book, securities lending, and repurchase business
   - Proprietary trading of debt securities
   - Broker or dealer retailing corporate debt securities, including foreign securities
   - U.S. government securities dealer or broker
   - Solicitor of time deposits in a financial institution
   - Non-exchange member arranging for transactions in listed securities by exchange member
   - Private placement of securities; distributions
   - Broker or dealer selling interests in mortgages or other receivables;
   - The Firm may compile and offer for sale, securities and non-securities related mortgage
     information collected during the Firm's normal course of business to selected institutions
   - Underwriting (best efforts and firm commitment)
