RCap was formed as a self-clearing broker dealer in order to operate a matched book repo business, financing predominantly U.S. Agency mortgage backed-securities and U.S. Treasuries. RCap also anticipates engaging in fixed-income sales and trading, private placements of securities, securities lending of U.S. equity, corporate and foreign securities, proprietary trading of fixed-income securities and selling securities and non-securities related mortgage information.
